So, you know those signs at amusement parks that have all the people listed that probably shouldn't get on the ride? And you know how pregnant women are always on that list? Well, I have one thing to say: What pregnant woman in her right mind would WANT to get on a roller coaster???
The little bean and I took our first airplane trip together today. I don't think the bean likes flying in utero. I know I'm not terribly fond of flying with a little jumping bean on board. Ok, lemme rephrase. Flying was fine, takeoff and landing... bleh. It wasn't absolutely miserable, by any means, but it wasn't real fun either. However, it's been decided: I will definitely be avoiding any and all roller coaster rides until August 6th. Or whenever our baby makes it's appearance. Won't my doctor be so excited?!? (sarcasm is a blessed thing.)
I enjoy roller coasters, and I usually enjoy flying, but not when I have to wonder if I'm gonna end up with my stomach in my throat... and my baby. Now there's a mental image for you.
